EDITORIAL BOARD

Dr Panagiota Kosmidou was born in Ptolemaida 1987. She studied Medicine at the Medical School of the University of Sofia Bulgaria from which she graduated in 2012. She obtained specialization in Otolaryngology in 2019. She has been trained and retrained in various centers in Greece as Evangelismos General Hospital of Athens, 401 Military Hospital of Athens.

She completed the Ph.D” in 2022 for “Newborn Hearing Effectiveness Test for Early Neonatal Hearing Detection”, and received the title of Ph.D of the Medical School of the University of Patras with a degree excellent.

She received the title of MSc in Surgical Anatomy” in 2018 of the medical school of the University of Athens and obtained specialization in Otolaryngology from the Evangelismos General Hospital of Athens.

Dr Panagiota Kosmidou was the director of Otolaryngology department at Mediterranean Hospital of Limassol, Cyprus from 2020-2022 and then, the Director of  Otolaryngology department at German Oncology Center Limassol from 2023.

She has also scientific publications in reputable International journals and participated in the translation of medical book.

She is scientific director of Improving Personalized Medicine via AI-based Precision Tracheostomy, the program will be run from the Research and Innovation Foundation of Cyprus.
